We add properties on request. Adding one is not instant and it is not slow either — it is worth being precise about which parts of the subscription are readable straight away and which have to be earned by watching.

First collection The forward picture

The nightly ask for every unit type, thirteen months out; which nights are already sold out; and the minimum-stay regime. All three are readable in the very first night's collection, so a newly added property is useful immediately.

Within weeks Movement

Rate changes and confirmed bookings — units we watch go from available to gone. We cannot show that a price moved until we have watched it move, so this fills in over the first weeks rather than appearing at once.

After twelve months Outcomes

Booking probability, realised rates, and year-over-year comparison. These need the same calendar night observed in two different years, so for a property added today they arrive a year from today. There is no way to shorten this.

Put plainly: a property added today gives you the comparison set tonight, price movement within weeks, and the full outcome picture in twelve months. We would rather tell you that now than have you discover it after subscribing.
