What happens after you ask
Some of what you are subscribing for is readable the moment collection begins. The rest has to be earned by watching, because it is built out of what actually happened to nights we were already recording.
Available immediately
- Nightly asking rates for every unit type at the address
- Sold-out nights and minimum-stay restrictions
- Rate comparisons against the other residences at the property
Earned by watching (up to twelve months)
- Price movement, which needs a run of nights to measure against
- Observed bookings and releases, which need a before and an after
- Year-over-year outcomes, which need the same calendar night a year earlier
Put plainly: a property added today gives you the comparison set tonight, price movement within weeks, and the full outcome picture in twelve months. We would rather tell you that now than have you discover it after subscribing.
